It is also about the facilities; because each city is different in providing facilities to the residents. Something available in a city is not always available in another one. If we are watching the news on the television, we might often see so many bad news, which shows chaotic events. When we turn the channel and watch some movie, we can find movies or other TV programs that exposing violence and improper shows that not suitable for the kids.
